{"id":134221,"date":"2010-11-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-11-08T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2010-11-08T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2010-11-08T00:00:00","slug":"catene-e-gomme-da-neve-il-pd-presenta-un-interpellanza-in-regione","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.varesenews.it\/2010\/11\/catene-e-gomme-da-neve-il-pd-presenta-un-interpellanza-in-regione\/134221\/","title":{"rendered":"Catene e gomme da neve, Il Pd presenta un\u2019interpellanza in regione"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>&laquo;Sulle catene a bordo c&rsquo;&egrave; stata troppa confusione, quando c&rsquo;&egrave; di mezzo la sicurezza non si pu&ograve; improvvisare&raquo;. &Egrave; quanto sostiene il consigliere regionale del PD Stefano Tosi, firmatario di un&rsquo;interpellanza depositata oggi in cui chiede all&rsquo;assessore regionale se non intenda fare regia per evitare che provvedimenti utili finiscano per non avere esito e per far arrabbiare gli automobilisti. &laquo;Catene e gomme da neve possono prevenire incidenti che si verificano con pi&ugrave; facilit&agrave; quando il fondo &egrave; scivoloso &#8211; dichiara l&rsquo;esponente PD &#8211; ma &egrave; evidente che sarebbe utile avere un&rsquo;unica direttiva regionale piuttosto che un&rsquo;ordinanza per ogni provincia, anche per dare ai cittadini certezze sui tempi e sulla necessit&agrave; o meno di acquistarle&raquo;. &laquo;Chiediamo all&rsquo;assessore &ndash; continua &#8211; di riunire attorno a un tavolo tutte le amministrazioni provinciali lombarde e concordare con loro una strategia comune, che comprenda anche una campagna informativa adeguata. Introdurre obblighi e divieti con poco anticipo e scarsa informazione non &egrave; il modo migliore per favorire un comportamento virtuoso da parte dei
