Quei soldi andranno poi direttamente alla Capitale. <strong>Se lo fanno loro, perch&eacute; noi no?<\/strong>&raquo;. Non &egrave; solo una provocazione quella dell&rsquo;assessore regionale alle Infrastrutture e ai Trasporti <strong>Raffaele Cattaneo<\/strong>. Intervenuto oggi in chiusura del <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www3.varesenews.it\/gallarate_malpensa\/articolo.php?id=177468\">consiglio straordinario <\/a>che si &egrave; svolto a Malpensa, Cattaneo ha poi spiegato come fare per ottenerlo. &laquo;&Egrave; necessario <strong>presentare un emendamento alla manovra&nbsp;<\/strong>dove si chiede di far pagare un euro anche ai passeggeri che transitano per Malpensa &ndash; spiega l&rsquo;assessore -. Quei soldi dovrebbero poi essere <strong>ripartiti fra i comuni interessati dall&rsquo;aeroporto<\/strong>&raquo;. Ma &#8211; e Cattaneo non &egrave; certo l&rsquo;unico a dirlo &#8211; &egrave; possibile che il governo ponga la <strong>fiducia sulla manovra<\/strong>. &laquo;A quel punto sarebbe necessario inserire questa richiesta<strong> nel maxiemendamento <\/strong>che il governo approver&agrave; con la fiducia. E qui entra in gioco il <strong>rapporto con il governo <\/strong>che nel caso della Lombardia e di Formigoni &egrave; positivo&raquo;.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Un&rsquo;ipotesi che certo non spiace ai comuni dell&rsquo;area Malpensa. Quelli che fanno parte del <strong>Consorzio Urbanistico Volontario Malpensa <\/strong>(CUV &#8211; Arsago Seprio, Cardano al Campo, Casorate Sempione, Ferno, Golasecca, Lonate Pozzolo, Samarate, Somma Lombardo e Vizzola Ticino) oggi erano presenti alla seduta e sono stati &ldquo;tirati pi&ugrave; volte in ballo&rdquo; dai consiglieri, assessore in testa. &laquo;&Egrave; mia intenzione chiedere, anche da subito, l&rsquo;istituzione di un<strong> tavolo di confronto permanente fra Sea e i sindaci <\/strong>e di uno <strong>fra Regione e i sindaci per discutere del Piano d&rsquo;area<\/strong>. La volont&agrave; &egrave; di coinvolgere i comuni del sedime aeroportuale e quelli dell&rsquo;aera milanese interessati&raquo;. Un confronto che certamente toccher&agrave; anche il tema della <strong>terza pista<\/strong>. Su quest&rsquo;ultima questione l&rsquo;accordo sembra pi&ugrave; difficile e si gioca anche su due valutazioni ambientali: la Vas (<strong>Valutazione ambientale strategica<\/strong>) e la Via (<strong>Valutazione impatto ambientale<\/strong>). Secondo Cattaneo, formalmente, la terza pista deve essere soggetta al Via e poi l&rsquo;intero piano d&rsquo;area di Malpensa al Vas. Il Cuv ha invece votato un ordine del giorno in cui si chiede un rallentamento sull&rsquo;approvazione della Via. Ma in realt&agrave; anche all&rsquo;interno dello stesso Consorzio il <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www3.varesenews.it\/gallarate_malpensa\/articolo.php?id=177437\">confronto su questa tematica &egrave; ancora aperto<\/a>.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;assessore Cattaneo spiega come \u00e8 possibile ottenere il contributo.
