luglio <st1:personname w:st=\"on\" productid=\"la Polizia Locale\">la Polizia Locale<\/st1:personname> ha incrementato l&rsquo;<strong>attivit&agrave; di contrasto rispetto all&rsquo;abusivismo commerciale<\/strong> ed alla contraffazione di marchi, intervenendo in particolare in due ambiti particolarmente critici, il<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">mercato settimanale e il parcheggio dell&#8217;ospedale di via Canazza.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">L&rsquo;ultima operazione, una settimana fa, &egrave; stata condotta dalla squadra &ldquo;Falchi&rdquo; che, dopo una serie di appostamenti ed indagini, ha individuato e <strong>fermato uno dei presunti tramiti tra le organizzazioni di produttori di merci ed i dettaglianti<\/strong> che esercitano l&rsquo;attivit&agrave; abusiva sul territorio: trattasi di cittadino senegalese, dimorante fuori citt&agrave; e risultante in condizioni di clandestinit&agrave; sul territorio, la cui autovettura &egrave; stata posta sotto sequestro in quanto utilizzata ai fini della detenzione di merce contraffatta.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Nel corso dell&rsquo;insieme delle ultime operazioni sono stati sequestrati oltre 1.200 pezzi di merce venduta abusivamente, di cui 400 pezzi relativi a merce con marchio contraffatto e circa 700 DVD\/Cd posti in vendita senza il marchio SIAE e <strong>15 persone sono state denunciate<\/strong> per il reato di vendita di merce contraffatta e per diversi reati inerenti la disciplina dell&rsquo;immigrazione. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/meta><br \/>\n<\/meta><br \/>\n<\/meta><br
