È istituito lo “Sportello Affitto 2009<\/a><\/strong>” al fine di consentire ai cittadini meno abbienti, che siano affittuari di alloggi privati, di ottenere un contributo finanziario a copertura parziale degli oneri della locazione di mercato, in quanto superiori alle possibilità reddituali, secondo il meccanismo del “canone sopportabile”. Il contributo deriva dal Fondo Sociale Affitti, che la Regione Lombardia  – integrando l’apposito fondo statale nazionale –  distribuisce ai Comuni e che questi assegnano ai richiedenti sulla base di specifici criteri.

\nDomande e concessione contributi<\/strong>
\nLe domande possono essere presentate fino al 15 settembre 2009<\/strong>. I cittadini extracomunitari, non in possesso di carta di soggiorno, devono avere un  permesso di soggiorno almeno biennale, esercitare regolare attività anche in modo non continuativo di lavoro subordinato o autonomo, essere residenti da almeno 10 anni in Italia oppure  da almeno 5 anni in Regione Lombardia. Il contributo è da determinarsi con riferimento al canone sopportabile, inteso come differenza tra il canone effettivo di mercato e quello che il livello di reddito del richiedente potrebbe sostenere. Il limite ordinario di accesso è pari al reddito valutato ISEE-fsa non superiore a € 12.911,00 ed il canone annuo considerato ai fini del conteggio del contributo sarà al massimo di € 7.200.
\nLe domande dovranno essere presentate presso i CAAF convenzionati con la Regione Lombardia.
