I fatti risalgono al 21 dicembre 2007 quando, intorno alle ore 23,00 nel <\/span><span style=\"FONT-FAMILY: Arial\"><strong>parcheggio del bowling<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"FONT-WEIGHT: normal; FONT-FAMILY: Arial\">, un uomo extracomunitario si \u00e8 avvicinato a un 25enne, residente in Somma Lombardo. Il primo, anch\u2019egli 25enne di origine pakistana, lo ha <\/span><span style=\"FONT-FAMILY: Arial\"><strong>minacciato <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"FONT-WEIGHT: normal; FONT-FAMILY: Arial\"><strong>per farsi consegnare il denaro<\/strong> che aveva nel portafoglio &#8211; circa 150 euro &#8211; e un <strong>telefono cellulare<\/strong>. L\u2019aggressore, accompagnato da un complice, si \u00e8 poi dileguato e ha fatto perdere le proprie tracce.<\/p>\n<p \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: normal\"><span style=\"FONT-WEIGHT: normal; FONT-FAMILY: Arial\">Dopo la denuncia sono subito scattate le indagini da parte dei Carabinieri. In seguito agli accertamenti sono state raccolti elementi inconfutabili di colpevolezza a carico del 25enne. L\u2019autorit\u00e0 giudiziaria di Busto Arsizio ha quindi emesso un\u2019 ordinanza di <strong>custodia cautelare<\/strong> che i Carabinieri di Somma Lombardo hanno eseguito venerd\u00ec 25 gennaio.
