\"\"Good news which concern the enrolments for the Liuc-University Cattaneo, which records an increasing of 24.62% compared to the last year <\/b>of the total of students registered in an undergraduate degree.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

“<\/span>The satisfaction reached for the results from Liuc is huge,<\/span>”<\/span> explains the President Michele Graglia, "and this year the numbers are particularly clear. A result which is added to the positive feedback already obtained in the context of rankings which show the quality of teaching and services offered by Universities and coming from authoritative sources: two examples about all, the ‘Grande Guida dell’Universit<\/span>à<\/span> <\/span>di Repubblica’ (in collaboration with CENSIS) and Il Sole 24 ore".<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

But what are, according to the President, the main reasons of this further step ahead?<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

"The good performance,<\/span>”<\/span> continues Graglia, <\/span>“<\/span>inserts in an already positive picture which has meant that the Liuc would record a good progress, <\/b>above all considering the persistence of economic crisis, which should have negatively affected the activity of a private institute such as ours. I don’t think there would be only one reason at the basis of the result: of course, however, in addition to the many activities that as every year are offered to promote the University, what counts is the good opinion towards us of those who do not know us and this sends a positive experience. <\/b>Naturally in addition to this there is the important value that some indicators of the level of education have, which the Liuc guarantees and even more of the warranty of a quick and advantageous insertion in the world of work. We always certify, in fact, a wait on average of 3 months". <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

The president Graglia, then, is sure of the choice made by Liuc compared to the construction of paths for their own students:"This increase in the enrolments,<\/span>”<\/span> he explains, <\/span>“<\/span>confirms to us also the goodness of the intuition not to expand our educational offer with new courses, <\/b>but working to update steadily those already existing, that is Economic, Jurisprudence and Engineering, made even more adherent for the needs of companies. Among the new features activated, in fact, there are paths about extremely topical themes, <\/b>which go from the use of new media and social networking in business contexts to the management of environmental factor, particularly of energy and sustainability, from the management of the health sector to the international dimension of legal studies, with courses in English language. "<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

And the good results don’t stop at enrolment but also relate to <\/span>the University Residence: "We have seen an increase in attendance of 10%<\/b> and we are particularly pleased with the highlight of the many new features in recent months, with the take-over by the University of the management of the Residence. In addition to numerous renovations, which also focused on <\/span>new areas dedicated to recreation and aggregation in collaboration with student associations<\/b>, have been introduced training sessions for students on campus on cross-cutting themes, parallel to the teachings.
