The Council reminds us that the works started <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial;\nmso-ansi-language:EN-GB\">on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> December 2008 on the Swiss side (in the picture, the ceremony of 5 years ago) and that the <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight:\nnormal\">end of the works in the Swiss side is expected in 2013.<\/b> The total investment for the work , reminds the Federal Council, amounts to CHF444 million, of which 134 were paid by Switzerland, financed equally by the Canton and the Confederation.
