L’Associazione “L’Albero delle Farfalle asd” organizza<\/strong> da luned\u00ec 23 a gioved\u00ec 26<\/strong> settembre degli open day gratuiti e aperti a tutti di Qi Gong e ginnastica Yoga.<\/p>\n

Due antiche discipline per ritrovare e mantenere il benessere del corpo<\/strong> e della mente contrastando lo stress dovuto alla nostra vita moderna. Ridurre tensioni articolari, tonificare il corpo tramite allungamento e potenziamento muscolare. Ginnastica per il benessere e per una maggiore vitalit\u00e0 e consapevolezza di s\u00e9.<\/p>\n
