Varese Smart City comes to Turin’s Lingotto Conference Centre

On 26 and 27 September, the LIUC laboratory, which took part in the project will be present at the first Smart Mobility World.

Next Thursday, 26 September, LAB#ID of the LIUC – Cattaneo University, is going to be present at the first Smart Mobility World Conference. At 4.25 p.m., Mauro Mezzenzana, the project manager and researcher at LIUC’s RFId laboratory, will be explaining a number of topics to do with the project Varese Smart City, as part of the event “Mobile payment services, and not only, in Varese Smart City” (Breakout session BS 5, Madrid Hall: “The growth of ITS projects and Infomobility in Italy: resources, investments and innovative experiences”).

Lab#ID was pleased to receive the invitation from the organisers to present their design experience, and to support this new initiative dedicated to the emerging Smart Mobility, one of the areas in which the laboratory has been working for some time now, as part of the Smart City design approach, which began in 2012, with the territorial marketing project made possible by NFC technology for the town of Varese, realised thanks to the support of Varese’s Chamber of Commerce.

Participation is free, and is reserved for those who work in the sector. Registration can be done on the day of the event, at the Reception. Information on the website of the event: http://smartmobilityworld.eu.
