Daniele cannot be found, his family calls “Chi l’ha visto”
Still no trace of the 56-year-old man missing from home since Friday. Wednesday a call to “Chi l’ha visto?”
Still no trace of Daniele Clementi, the 56-year-old man missing from his residence in Vedano Olona on Friday, 1 April, without carrying almost anything with him and leaving a letter that has alarmed his relatives.
The family turns to Facebook, asking everyone who meets him to immediately inform his sister and the Security Forces. Just one advisory in the hours following the disappearance. A woman says to have seen him Friday morning, around 10.30, walking along the road from San Salvatore (hamlet of Malnate) to Cagno.
Daniele Clementi, who lived alone, went away on foot, leaving at home his car and his bicycle, taking only a small rucksack, his ID, a card and some money. “We reported the missing, we have the complete collaboration of the police officers that are checking his phone, but it is always off,” explains the sister, Emanuela.
The authorities have also checked his current account but it has been useless, because there is any important shortage. The same happened for his personal computer, in which there is any significant track of research.
Every one hopes they could find something in the pc he used at work, and also the colleagues of the provincial Arpa of Varese are working together to discover any trace or piece of information that could help finding Daniele.
Next Wednesday the family will also launch a call through the TV programme “Chi l’ha visto?”.
“We are very concerned,” said his sister Emanuela. “Daniele has always been very quiet and introverted, but he was probably harbouring a discomfort, which has led him to decide to go away. We don’t want him to come home if he does not want to, we just want to know he’s okay.”
His relatives ask anyone who could have met him to call the following number 340 4808808 or to write to firstname.lastname@example.org or to contact the authorities.
