“Pallacanestro Varese” is a protagonist in the new Windows 7 operating system; this is the only Italian basketball team to have this honour. Varese Basketball announced a new, prestigious partnership, at the “SMAU” Computer Technology Trade Fair in Milan. It was here that Microsoft’s new operating system, “Windows 7”, was presented, and the Cimberio team was involved in this important event, as they gave away Theme Packs, for desktop personalising. In collaboration with the K-Group, Microsoft produced a series of sporting themes and backgrounds for Windows 7, and the Cimberio is the only basketball team to have the honour of being included in the new “Theme Packs”, with such prestigious brands as Ducati, Ferrari, AC Milan and Napoli Calcio. From today, 22 October, users will be able to download personalised themes, including the Varese basketball team, from the website www.pimpit.it. In order to celebrate this new and prestigious partnership, during the interval in the Cimberio – Angelico match on Sunday 25 October, a special game will be organised where the participants will receive ten copies of the new operating system.
